Vestibular Therapy
Dizziness and vertigo can do more than just make the world spin—they can make you feel disconnected, anxious, and hesitant to move. Our specialized Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT) is designed to address the root cause of balance disorders, helping your brain and inner ear work in harmony once again.
What is Vestibular Rehabilitation?
The vestibular system includes the parts of the inner ear and brain that help control balance and eye movements. When this system is damaged by disease, injury, or aging, the brain cannot rely on the information it receives, resulting in dizziness, “off-balance” sensations, and visual disturbances.
Vestibular therapy is an exercise-based program designed by specialized physiotherapists to reduce dizziness, decrease fall risk, and improve visual clarity during head movements.
