Personalized Physiotherapy designed for you
Treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment of symptoms, movement patterns and functional goals. Care plans are individualized and adjusted throughout rehabilitation based on progress and clinical findings.

IMS & Dry Needling
IMS and dry needling are techniques used by trained physiotherapists to address muscle tightness and trigger points contributing pain and restricted movement.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy delivers mechanical pressure waves to targeted tissues and is commonly used in rehabilitation of persistent tendon and soft tissue conditions.
Electrotherapy (IFC & TENS)
Electrotherapy uses controlled electrical stimulation as part of physiotherapy care.
- IFC: Used to assist with pain modulation and circulation.
- TENS: Provides sensory stimulation that reduces pain perception.
Ultrasound Therapy
Therapeutic ultrasound provides localized deep tissue stimulation and is used alongside exercise and manual therapy within rehabilitation programs.
Therapeutic Taping
Therapeutic taping supports muscles and joints while allowing normal movement and is commonly used during activity and rehabilitation.
Benefits:
- Added movement support.
- Improved body awareness.
- Reduced mechanical stress on tissues.
Massage
Massage under physiotherapy—often referred to as Soft Tissue Mobilization or Massage Therapy—serves a very different, clinical purpose.
While it certainly feels good, it is a targeted, evidence-based intervention used to treat injuries, reduce pain, and restore optimal movement.
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage is often misunderstood as simply a “very firm” massage. In reality, it is a focused therapeutic technique designed to realign the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue (fascia).
It is particularly effective for chronically tense areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.
The Core Mechanisms:
Myofascial Release: Stretching and smoothing out the fascia surrounding the muscle.
Trigger Point Therapy: Identifying and deactivating specific “hot spots” that radiate pain.
Cross-Fiber Friction: Applying pressure across the grain of the muscle fibers to “unstick” fibers that have fused together.
Benefits: Why Go Deeper?
Deep tissue isn’t just about the “good hurt”; it offers significant physiological benefits:
Chronic Pain Management: Highly effective for conditions like fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, and sciatica.
Increased Mobility: By breaking up scar tissue, it restores the natural sliding motion of muscle groups.
Lowering Blood Pressure: Studies suggest that deep tissue work can reduce systolic, diastolic, and arterial blood pressure by easing systemic stress.
Injury Rehabilitation: Helps move toxins out of muscles and brings fresh oxygenated blood to injured areas to speed up healing.
Relaxation
Myofascial release uses sustained manual pressure to address soft tissue restrictions and improve movement comfort.

Accupunture
Acupuncture is one of the oldest and most widely recognized components of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). While its roots go back thousands of years, modern science and healthcare have increasingly embraced it as a safe, effective, and evidence-based treatment for pain management and overall wellness.
At its core, acupuncture involves the insertion of extremely thin, sterile, single-use needles into specific points on the body to stimulate healing.
